Sakratu features a curated selection of biohacking and recovery tools. Some products on our site are sold directly through Sakratu, while others are offered through trusted partner brands.

Affiliate Products

Certain products link to external vendors. When you purchase through one of these links, your order is placed directly with that company and fulfilled through their system. Because of this, shipping, return and refund policies may vary. Please refer to the vendor’s website for their specific return policy.

Products Sold Directly Through Sakratu

At this time, the only products sold directly through Sakratu are Biomat products and related accessories.

If you purchased a product through our store and need assistance with a return, please contact us and include:

  • Your order number
  • The product purchased
  • The reason for the return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your order qualifies.

Shipping & Returns

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized.

Orders typically require 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. Most Biomat products ship via UPS, with an estimated 3–5 business day transit time within the continental United States.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order leaves the warehouse.

If your order arrives and the packaging appears damaged, please note the damage when signing for delivery and contact us with photos so we can assist with the claim process.
Orders cancelled after 48 hours may be subject to a $20 administrative fee. If the order has already shipped, customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

If you wish to return a product purchased directly through Sakratu, you must contact us before sending the item back to receive a return authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return windows are as follows:

  • Biomat Professional and Biomat Mini: returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • BioAcoustic Mat: returns accepted within 15 days of delivery

Some products may incur a 25% restocking fee, including Single, Queen and King Biomats and certain accessories such as the Quantum Energy Pad, Cotton Cover and Waterproof Cover.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds may be issued as store credit or returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
